What travellers usually ask
Will it work on my phone?
Your phone needs eSIM support: iPhone XR/XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Galaxy S20 or newer. To be sure, dial *#06# — if you see an EID line, you're fine. The phone must not be carrier-locked.
Will I keep my own number?
Yes. The eSIM is a second line; your physical SIM keeps working. Calls and texts arrive as usual, while data runs over the eSIM.
Can I pay with a non-Russian card?
Yes. Card payments go through an international payment page, and there is also a crypto option via Telegram if your bank blocks the charge.
When should I install it?
At home, while you still have internet — installation requires a connection. The plan itself only starts counting down once your phone connects to a network abroad.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the eSIM has not been activated. Once activated the package is non-refundable — that is the carrier's condition and it is stated in the offer.
What if something goes wrong?
