1. What we sell

We sell a digital eSIM profile — a prepaid mobile data package for travel. The profile is delivered as a QR code and an activation string. No physical item is shipped. Connectivity is provided by a partner carrier; we act as a reseller of its packages.

2. How an order works

You choose a plan and provide an email address. After payment the profile is issued automatically, arrives at that email address and is also available via a personal link on this site. No account registration is required.

3. Price and payment

The price shown on the plan page is final at the moment of checkout. Payment is accepted through the methods offered on the checkout page.

4. Refunds

As long as the profile has not been activated, you may cancel the order and get your money back — just message us. Once the profile is activated a refund is not possible: the package counts as used from the moment it connects to the carrier's network.

If we fail to issue the profile through our own fault or a supplier outage, we refund the payment in full.

5. Device compatibility

An eSIM works only on eSIM-capable devices that are not carrier-locked. To check, dial *#06# — the list must include an EID. Device incompatibility is not grounds for a refund after the profile has been activated.

6. Liability

Network quality and coverage are determined by the partner carrier and by local conditions. We do not guarantee connection speed at any particular location and are not liable for outages in carrier networks.
